Refund policy

Our Commitment to Quality At Fresh Gold, we take immense pride in the quality and effectiveness of our cosmetic products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process.

1. Return Window (3 Days) You have exactly 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests made after 3 days of receiving the parcel will not be accepted.

2. Strict Conditions for Return Because cosmetics are personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Usage Limit: The product must not be heavily used. A maximum of 5 grams of usage is allowed for testing purposes. We will weigh the returned product during our inspection.

  • Cleanliness & Hygiene: The product, jar, and outer packaging must be completely clean. Items with dirt, dust, makeup smudges, or any form of contamination will be strictly rejected.

  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box with all labels intact.

3. Return Shipping Charges (Rs. 200)

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

  • A flat return processing & shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies. This amount will be deducted from your final refund balance to cover the return logistics.

4. Fast Refund Process (Within 5 Days) We value your time! Once you have dispatched the return parcel and shared the courier tracking slip with us:

  • Your refund will be processed and transferred to you within 5 days of you sending the parcel.

  • Note: The refund is subject to the product passing our quality inspection (checking the 5-gram limit and cleanliness rule). If the product fails the inspection, the refund will be voided.
